Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options within the United States. 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at braeasbeautybar@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

No Refunds, Returns, Or Exchanges

Please note that all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our body products and for reasons of hygiene and sanitation, we do not accept returns or exchanges we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers, and therefore cannot resell any items that have been opened or used. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at braeasbeautybar@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
